This training session reviews the popular project management frameworks available for planning, managing, and governing projects. We will review traditional (also known as waterfall), agile, and hybrid approaches. Attendees will learn the basics of each approach, key concepts, terminology, and associated benefits and shortfalls. Attendees will learn to determine how and when to apply each approach, either singularly or in combination, for increased project success.

This training session reviews key risk management topics and concepts. Aligned with the PMI® PMBOK® Guide 6th Edition and PMI® Practice Standard for Project Risk Management, the core concepts and knowledge learned is also complimentary and of benefit to PRINCE2®, ITIL®, COBIT®, Risk IT®, Agile, BABOK® Guide, and ISO 31000 practitioners. We will review industry risk management best practices, techniques, and critical success factors required to achieve project success. Attendees will learn valuable information on risk management techniques that can be applied immediately in day to day project activities.

This training session reviews challenges inherent in leading remote projects and how to make virtual project collaboration smooth and efficient. We will review the skills, processes, and tools required to successfully lead remote projects and maximize collaboration among remote team members. Attendees will learn proven tips and techniques to adjust their remote leadership and management approaches while creating a strong team environment and encouraging collaboration.
